I have tutored students for the SAT in the Reading, Writing, and Math sections of this all-important test. This area is so satisfying because I have helped so many students succeed in overcoming their fears, passing the exam, and getting into the college of their choice. As a college student myself, I would tutor at middle schools in College Park, Maryland and the surrounding area. I would help with Math and Writing, which was what most kids needed help in, and tutored Spanish on the side, and currently can help with Math, Grammar, SAT Verbal, Essay Editing, and Essay Writing.When I graduated from the University of Maryland, I had earned my bachelor's degree in the field of Economics. I also minored in Spanish while attending the university. Since I have graduated, I've been based in New York City where I work for an Economics research firm and am responsible for sales in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and telecommunications. Now pursuing my interest in Healthcare, I volunteer at hospitals so I can get more exposure to working in the field. I live in Brooklyn, New York and my hobbies include cooking and exercising, while I also enjoy spending time with my friends.
